It's in a nice location but really small. I wouldn't put more than 1 person on this stage at a time. It's more of a drum riser than anything. The stalls in the men's washroom were embarrassing; one didn't even have a door while the other had no lock. I heard the woman's washroom wasn't much better. There is no walk-in crowd, even on a Saturday night. Some of the booths in the venue were all torn up... it looked like they grabbed them from a junk yard. This place is far from classy.
