2. Who uses gigsurfing.epkhosting.com?

Artists/Musicians use it to exchange shows around the world. Promoters/Agents/Owners list themselves in our directory to serve Artists/Musicians.

3. Is the service free?

Yes, the service is currently free but we reserve the right to make it a paid-service in the future.

4. I am an artist/musician. How do I update/change my profile?

You must be logged in to update/change your profile. Use the log in form in the sidebar then click on “Manage Profile”.

5. I’m a booking agent, promoter, or venue owner. How can I participate?

You can submit your contact details with our submissions form.

6. How do I update/change my listing?

Unfortunately, only members can manage their profile/listing. If you are listed in our directory, please re-submit a new listing and contact us to delete your old listing.

7. Are members verified?

Unfortunately members are not verified at this time, we hope to launch a verification system in the near future.

8. Can I block other members?

If another member is causing problems, please report them on our contact page. There is no way to block them as of yet, but this is another feature we hope to launch soon.

9. How do I close/cancel my account?

Please submit a request to close/cancel your account using our contact page.

10. I’d like to advertise on gigsurfing.epkhosting.com. How do I enroll?
